Who's That Lady??

Well...it happened. The newly adopted Tana arrived and boy she caused a lot of stir. She blew Jack's mind!! This girl is a real tom-boy! She runs around the house, jumps on the furniture, on the kitchen counters and snatches human food, she even does garbage diving. Jack is totally smittened: wow! Tana barks, God forbid! She has no fear of anything, not even of the Hoover animal. Tana can open doors of all kinds! She can do things Jack would never dare...wow, what a girl. While working on just trying to fit in, Tana also showed the bossy side. But Jack doesn't mind. He lets her play his toys and watches her eat his food, waging his tail.

Really Wanna Know You

Have you heard the news? Jack's humans said they are adopting another dog. Her name is Tana and she lives now in upstate New York. While all that is great and everything, but Jack has to do a lot of thinking: will the humans love Jack anymore once this Tana is in the house? Will she be mean to Jack? Will she eat his food? Sleep on his bed? All of these thoughts pacing in Jack's head during hot Virginia summer days.

Hey.What's That Sound?Everybody Look Whats Goin Down

Jack knows too well: spring fever season is knocking at the door and that means Mommy is going to get her paws dirty and spend all her time outside in the yard doing "projects" -- this lasts approximately from 30 to 45 days.

This March she started BIG. There was this poplar on the property that was so big that Jack had a really hard time marking the circumference of it. The rumor was that the tree has been rotten and was of some sorta danger. Mommy called the big men and after 2 dyas the tree was conquered, leaving a 60 inch stump and huge holes in the ground from falling timbers.

All that commotion bothered Jack, but he has been holding himself well -- no running around the house, trying to find the fartherst spot. No worries at all -- just maybe getting under a desk. Just in case.

The old Tais of course got all confused, but showing confusion is not a royal thing to do, so she just solemnly laid between the fallen timbers pretending this is how she approved it.
